Does anyone know of a good set off grips for deadlifts etc....

I already answered this same question in the Powerlifting forum... next time just make 1 post... but it really does belong in both as this is equipment. Anyways, I use and highly recommend 1 TON HOOKS by KD industries. They are really great and if you go to the link you can hear a cool audio by Strength Coach Pete Cisco about them.

Your back, lats, and traps are way stronger than your grip and these will allow you to work those muscle groups much more effectively.

Type "ivanko" into amazon and you will find the Ivanko gripper, which is an excellent device for enhancing your grip strength.

i tend to get bad tennis elbow and wrist pain from my weak grip. I have been working on it and its getting better but i still have a ways to go. grip work is VERY important!

Who makes really good Lifting Gloves? I usually get mine at Walmart but they do not last long at all and no padding in the palms either.

I use Valeo lifting gloves which look like this.

They are good quality and long lasting. Plus I like the all-black look. (BTW, you can even color in the name brand stitching as it will take a black Sharpie ;-)
