An egg is made up of 2 parts, the clear portion is the white and the yellow is the yolk. The yolk is removed and the whites are pasteurized, filtered, and remain in liquid form making them deliciously smooth, safe, and easy to use for both adults and children.

Egg Whites International does not own any farms. Instead, we source our 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites from a 50-year family owned farming enterprise in Utah with a state-of-the-art processing facility and end-to-end egg farming. They don’t just raise hens, they also grow the feed.

They will still make a fluffy omelet, but are best used as a protein drink. You have 14 days from the day you receive the Egg Whites, to cook, bake, drink, and experiment with our GREAT product. Because we have no control over your refrigerator or how you store or handle our product, we cannot guarantee its shelf life beyond the initial 14 days. However, our Egg Whites will stay good in a refrigerator for up to 6 months unopened at a temperature of 39 degrees or lower and they can be frozen indefinitely.

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your Egg Whites and we will refund the full cost of the Egg Whites. We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees.

The eggs are first washed and then placed onto a conveyor which cracks and drops them into a tray with holes in it. This tray catches the Yolks but allows the Whites to pass through to another tray below. We use the Egg Whites for it’s protein benefits while the Yolks are used to produce salad dressings, ice cream, mayo, and many other products. The shells are used in pet food and calcium supplements.

A quality control person makes sure that the whites are free from shells or yolk and there is also a USDA Inspector that oversees the entire process to ensure consumer safety.

Absolutely! You can even put a previously opened container of Egg Whites in the freezer. They will last indefinitely while frozen. To defrost, simply leave the container out overnight. Once defrosted, you must keep them refrigerated.

When Egg Whites freeze, sometimes water may separate from the egg whites and rise to the top, leaving a thicker more syrupy layer at the bottom. After defrosting, make sure to shake or mix the container really well before using. Sometimes shaking upside down works the best before you open the first time. Don’t try to shake with the pump on the bottle.

Laboratory tests show that our 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites, if maintained at 39 degrees or lower, will stay good unopened for up to 6 months in the refrigerator. Our Egg Whites are low heat pasteurized by traveling through a series of heated tubes for 3.5 minutes at 134 degrees, which is just hot enough to kill bacteria but does not cook the eggs or harm the protein. They are then tested and approved by the USDA for safety.
